Spend over £50 and your order is sent free on a next working day couriered service.

Spend under £50 and the same service will only cost you £4.95.

Order cut off for next day delivery is 1pm. Order placed on Friday's up to 1pm will be delivered on Monday and weekend orders will be delivered Tuesday.

We use a range of couriers to deliver your order in the quickest time possible. Any orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Once your order has been dispatched a tracking number will be generated and if after 24hours your order has not be received, please contact us for this number and you will be able to track it online to see its progress and delivery date.

All delivery's need to be signed for: If no one is in when the courier attempts delivery a calling card will be left. To re-arrange delivery call the number on the card along with your tracking number and arrange a convenient time for the courier to come back. If this is not done within 5 days of the card being left your order will be returned to us and you may be liable for redelivery charges.

BFPO: All BFPO orders will be sent to the nearest BFPO to be forwarded on through there own delivery system. Please note that when the BFPO accepts your parcel the FedEx tracking will stop and any further delivery info will need to be obtained from the BFPO.
