Supplement-Zones Rights

When ordering from supplement-zone limited by website, or by phone you are agreeing to our terms and condition's as set out below but not exclusive to:-

Supplement-Zone Ltd reserve the right to (via web order or phone orders):

Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the web site (or any part of it) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions of use at any time, and your continued use of the Web site following any change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions of Use regularly for changes. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms & Conditions of Use you must immediately stop using the Web site.

All product statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or afflictions and are for use by adults over the age of 18+. All claims made on the product labels and website descriptions are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and not Supplement-zone.co.uk. All reviews on the site are from independent individuals and are not the views of Supplement-zone.co.uk or its staff. Supplement-zone.co.uk takes no responsibility for incorrect information on products or reviews. Liability for adverse reactions or poor performance also lies solely with the product manufacturer. Price match / beat policy

We constantly scan the web and monitor our competitors prices to ensure that we offer the best prices and the latest offers, but on occasion we may miss or not run an offer that you have seen elsewhere. On these occasions please email us the product name and price, PLUS the website address with a link to the page you have seen. We will then endeavor to at least match it, if not beat it! Plus any price match / beat product will be subject to our standard freebies and loyalty points.

Loyalty points

Any products returned to us that have accrued points will have the loyalty points deducted from the account. To redeem points you must have at least 500 points available. Shipping charges have no loyalty point value nor can loyalty points be redeemed against such charges. Loyalty points are only offered to online purchases. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash. Supplement-Zone.co.uk can cancel, withdraw or amend the scheme at anytime. You will not qualify for points or extra points on products which you pay for with points.

Payment / Security checks

All payments are taken by Sagepay (Protx) or Paypal for your security and convenience.

We take your security very seriously. We do not hold or store your payment details. All transaction information passed between Supplement-Zone and Protx is encrypted using the latest 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent back to from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing we pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

If you prefer to pay by PayPal you can choose to pay with PayPal during the final stages of the checkout process. We reserve the right to hold any order to make further security checks on the information you have supplied if we feel it is not genuine

Delivery

We use a range of couriers to deliver your order in the quickest time possible. Any orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Once your order has been dispatched a tracking number will be generated and if after 24hours your order has not be received, please email us for this number and you will be able to track it online to see its progress and delivery date.

All delivery's need to be signed for. If no one is in when the courier attempts delivery a calling card will be left. To re-arrange delivery call the number on the card along with your tracking number and arrange a convenient time for the courier to come back. If this is not done within 5 days of the card being left your order will be returned to us and you may be liable for redelivery charges or if subsequently cancelled our normal cancellation terms.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch and a 15% restocking fee will be charged to cover admin fees for refunding your money. If however your order has been dispatched then you will be liable for the full cost of postage including return postage, which is currently £9.95 for delivery and £4.95 for return of parcel. (please see returns for further info)

Damages /missing items

Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Supplement-zone limited within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any claims after this will not be upheld. Damaged items will need to be photographed and emailed to supplement-zone limited as proof of damage. (We have many years experience in this industry and we can tell the difference between courier damaged goods and customer damaged goods!) At our desecration we will decide weather to refund or replace or if deemed unlawfully damaged refuse altogether.

Manufacturers changes

Manufacturers continually change product specifications. While we try our best to keep product descriptions up to date, they do not necessarily reflect the latest information available from the manufacturer. We are not responsible for incorrect or outdated product descriptions and/or images. If you do receive a product that differs from the website description please be assured its the latest version supplied to us by that manufacturer.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return any part or the whole of your order please email us for a returns authorisation code. Without this code your order cannot be returned to us and we will not take any responsibility if it is subsequently lost or damaged by your returning courier. There is a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for the returning postage cost. All returned items must be in an unopened state and be fit for resale. If they are not, no refund will be given. This is not applicable if your goods are received wrongly or damaged. Please beware that our warehouse and packing room is covered by CCTV which monitors what items have been put in each bag / box, so we will need your order number to view this information when calling or email us.

Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
